Now that Obama’s attorney has admitted the ‘birth certificate’ released from the White House website was a deliberate forgery, the attorney is trying to make the case that it was done on purpose as a “satire”, never intended to be perceived by the Public as authentic.
Talk about desperate. This attorney knows better but has to say ‘something’ to the Judge. For one thing; Source. When Mad Magazine or a political cartoon makes a claim, the source has to be considered in order for it to be considered ‘satire’. Obama’s certificate came STRAIGHT FROM THE WHITE HOUSE, in response to demands for his birth certificate. How much more official a source could this have been presented from? None.
In addition, not only was it presented on the most official source imaginable (www.whitehouse.gov), but it was followed up by a somber and public declaration from Obama, telling us to “..put the issue to rest” and that the supposed document should settle the issue. He endorsed the document as evidence of his eligibility himself. HE LIED TO US. He had his own administration publish this fake document on our USA government website and expected us to take it as Authentic. And that is why the Judge denied Obama’s attorney’s motion to dismiss the trial based on ‘satirical content’ to make the forged document irrelevant.
This is serious and Obama needs to be held accountable. This just went from “Will he win in 2012?” into the territory of “Will he face charges of high crimes and misdemeanors as an acting President against the US?“
I encourage anyone outraged at this deception and crime to contact their Congressman and Representatives demanding that the President be investigated for “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” as well as Voter Fraud based on knowledge of ineligibility. Below are links to do this. “We The People” do not have to put up with this sort of deceit, no matter how high an office they hold.
